Contract Negotiation & Compliance
- Conduct a contract compliance review to assess and report on supplier contract adherence.
- Provide documentation and resources necessary to collect contract penalties, fees, refunds or other concessions approved by client.
- Perform focused request for proposal (RFP) to secure market based pricing; contract terms and conditions; and flexibility providing our clients the optimal solution contract.
Strategy Needs Assessment
- Assess current environment through documentation review; focused surveys; relevant cost analysis and business drivers.
- Benchmark current environment against industry best practices and prepare "gap analysis" of potential opportunities for improvement
- Collaboratively define modifications to organizational strategy and potential projects and timelines for addressing them.
