  • Create requirements document to address business, financial, and technological needs identified in the strategy assessment phase.
  • Identify best in class solutions - hardware; software and services - that provide  an appropriate blend of capabilities; lowest risk and highest return on investment.
  • Assess the fitness of each solution to client's overall requirements/needs and make recommendations for short list of suppliers that can provide required solution.
